Went with intel and cheaper ddr4 + cheaper board

Now you can get a used 3090 which float ~800€ on ebay, though you may consider waiting for the full 4000 series launch or rx 7000

That's a valid point - I checked and I could get used 3090, basically for the price of the new 3070ti. A bit worried about buying used gpu but may go for it anyway.

and thanks for your input, I'd rather go Ryzen tho

Went with Ryzen 5000, since you said you went over budget on your original list. Kept same amount of RAM, increased the storage, and made it all a little bit cheaper.

As you should be, because a lot of used gpu's that are being sold were used for mining. That means they were pushed between 90% and 100% usage consistently. While I know some games that push gpu's to the limit, they don't do it 90-100% of the time like miners did. I would go for the 3070Ti, because it's more than enough for 1080p and/or 1440p gaming even.

You know those miners also usually undervolt the core and keep the gpus in cool environments

I personally would just jump for it, no point wasting on a new gpu when used gets you 2 tiers up or better. Besides any minor degradation that may have occured maybe thatll fall on the next or the next next owner aka the gpu will basically still have most of its lifespan, a year isnt exactly a long time either when gpus can last much longer than that given good environments and being properly cleaned
