hi, i dont know anyone here knows how to fix this but i got a 3060ti today and after i installed it my cpu performed 1.3ghz worse normally running at 5.1ghz but now 3.8ghz which makes performance about 2/3 normally does anyone know how to fix this? (i used to have a 1660 super) and i currently have a i7-10700k)

That isn’t exactly how bottlenecking works. I have the same processor and a 3070. My i7 10700k runs at 5ghz overclock on all cores. I’d check and see if you somehow disabled boost clock in your bios. That being said, you can open task manager and see the speed your processor is actually running at.
