Hello I've been having issues for awhile with stutters in my games it only mainly happens when like explosions go off or sometimes loading into areas. I'll just get random pause and my fps drops hard. Idk how to fix it ever since I've been on windows 10 since the creators update years ago i've had stutters. I've updated my bios, my graphics drivers. I'm even on windows 11 now. I'm getting stutters. I'm running a 2060 Super RTX with an i7- 9700k  with 32 gigs of ram. Any help cause i know it could be anything and I've only had the pc for about 2 years now.

I would have RivaTune statistic overlay open when playing said games, and actively monitor vRAM usage, core frequency, and GPU usage.

Highly doubt it is a CPU issue, but it doesn't hurt having the same information in the overlay for CPU as well.

From past experience, explosion stutters comes to lack of GPU power when a huge amount of data is dumped into it. Now, you have RTX 2060 Super, but what resolution are you playing at? What is your average FPS for said game?
