is the monitor set to the correct input? not sure why it wouldn't post if the fans are spinning. are there any debug LEDs on the mother board that can help direct you to the problem? I can also think of removing the memory sticks and trying one at a time to see if one of the modules is bad. I've also had ram sticks with weird issues in certain slots on the motherboard, and swapping it to another slot fixed it.

Hey thank you for your reply, the monitor is on the correct input and i did try every combination possible of stick placement, the motherboard has 4 leds, the one that says boot stays on green, i even tried swapping out the cables from the power supply and reconnecting everything and it just wont post, im thinking it has to do with the ram sticks compatibilitywise i bought a ddr 4 motherboard and ddr 4 sticks, they arrive later today

This is my first build i have a zotac 3060 ti, intel core i 5 12700k two 16gb kingston fury sticks 60000 hz each, and a 2 tb hard drive and a b660 strix motherboard, when i turn on the system it lights up and the fans are working, the monitor responds and then says that there is no signal, the boot led from the motherboard stays green, i tried using a usb to instal windows and another one to update bios, nothing happens, the hdmi is connected to the gpu and i tried also with it plugged to the motherboard, i unplugged and re plugged everything, still not posting please help and thank you, btw i have nothing else to try and see if the parts work by themselves or other parts to try.
