Help me choose between these two for a friend....

His work is mainly into content creation and 3d modeling/rendering...

Does i9 possess huge performance impact over i7?

that depends, what your friend needs/is doing, and what he wants from the laptop?

 

though... why is i9 cheaper than i7 system?

seems like the graphics cards play a bigger role than the CPUs.

 

Does your friend benefit from GPU power too? Because the 3070 could make a difference:

 

If you're wondering about the graphics cards the 3070 in some videogames is 50% faster, which means in games where you get 30fps on 3060 you get 60fps with 3070, but that's just videogames and not all of them.

Then the question is if your friend uses GPU while using the programs, perhaps for rendering?

Or does he use the GPU not as often as CPU?
