Under full load for that chip, you want under 1.35V (though 1.37V isn't really bad). If this is at idle though, that's kinda expected, PBO will boost 1-2 cores up and that usually means that they idle at 1.4-1.45V, which is within spec for the chips (the only reason they drop down to 1.35V is because of cooling concerns, if temps aren't an issue, voltage likely isn't an issue).
