games issue

hellow, i have physical copy of batman origins and re2r, i dont know why but everytime i open the game, all the settings are set to default settings again and again, no problem with game saving, only the graphics, audio settings, i use windows 10 pro idk why this happen, i open as admin and same, help me please i dont get why all settings changes to default in both games this is weird

Which platform you are using them on? You aren't launching them from discs, right?

Have you tried setting the .ini file with the graphics settings to read-only?

Note : you will not be able to change the settings in-game, you would have to edit the .ini file itself

i ahve both games installed on ssd, there are phisical copies

nope, but i cant cause every time i exit the game the settings changes to default

Yes, by changing the file (.ini settings file) on windows to Read-Only then the game cant change it it can only read from it

mmm where is the ini file located in re2r and batman origins?

Well i don't own the games but i believe it would be in the install location somewhere, like for example, in league of legends in its install location there is a "game.ini" file with its settings
