can the Logitech C920e and the C922 do 60 fps 720p

i was searching for a webcam and the fact that the c920e has the little cover is kind of appealing, but there are places that says that it can't do 720p 60fps and there are other that say it can do it. so i was wondering if it is right that it can't do it (official webpage says it can't.)

I have the C920E and don't have any menu options for 60FPS at any resolution.  I haven't tried any other video software other than the baked in windows camera software though.  There may be a third party one that allows it, I just don't know.
