Overwatch 2 was released 6 days ago, high quality driver updates for that game probably take longer

Remove the GPU overclock, make sure drivers are up to date. Game was just released so it may have issues. Also run it in the default or max graphical settings. 1080p is already a bottleneck for that system, running the game in the least graphically demanding settings possible is going to make it even worse.

It does appear that there is a driver update that's meant for OW2. Whether it fixes the issue is a different question, but doesn't hurt to try.

It will definitely get rid of your resolution bottleneck. Can't say for sure on if your Overwatch 2 will work better or not though.

If they got graphical settings drop them from very high or high to medium and it will offload a lot of the stress on the GPU to the CPU. Plus typically you won't want to play OW2 at 4K...

I love PC building and gaming.
REMEMBER botttlenecks can happen at all points of a PC part. Make sure you are at equilibrium. For all parts unless you intend to upgrade at a later point. Also QA Tested AAA Games.
