Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Video editing, f1 2022, valorant, streaming

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): 

I will be using an m.2 ssd from my laptop that is why its not on my list. any help would be appreciated. For peripherals i mainly only need 2-4 usb for my mouse, keyboard, and maybe a usb drive. 

Currently using an alienware r4 with a 1060 but i would like something with more performance.

a 2060 is not a good choice when an AMD RX 6600 is a similar price for MUCH more performance. Other than that, not bad.
