Wireless portable speaker problem

I have this wireless portable speaker from JBL (jbl charge 4 btw). I had for almost since release and im starting to notice a serious problem. When you on mobile i cant crank the volume more than 50%, it will literally turn its self off and turns on again (like a restart or reboot). Any ideas? I think the driver board is gonna hit the grave soon or something else.
