Could you give a proper socket picture? Just to determine if that pin is important or not, if its just a vcc or vss then you can lose a few and still be fine but if its a data pin you are fked

 

Just flip the board upside down and shake the crap out of it to get that pin off the socket so no shorting occurs

 

 

Only thing you can do if its a fked data pin is straight up swap the socket which needs bga rework tools, expensive af for the proper ones and diy makes no sense if its just a 1 time thing only due to cost even if it is <100$ also need to build the thing too

 

Otherwise boards effectively gone assuming data pin
