Problems with graphics card

• Is the OS an OEM version (came pre-installed on system) or full retail version (YOU purchased it from a retailer)? --> I cracked Windows
• Age of system (hardware) 2/3 years
• Age of OS installation - have you re-installed the OS? 4 years
• CPU model --> Ryzen 5 2400G 
• Video Card model RX 480 sapphire nitro 4gb flashed
• MotherBoard - (if NOT a laptop) --> Gigabite B450M S2H
• Power Supply - brand & wattage (if laptop, skip this) Talius 700W 
• Laptop or Desktop? Desktop

 

Since a few days ago my graphic card started to fail, it started to give me some meaningless orange and green screenshots. I have removed the graphic card and the pc is working but when I put it back it does not work anymore, also this graphic card is flashed and I need to put a patch to make it work. I would like to put the factory flashing. Also, I ran the DDU and none of the audio front or rear panels work as if the drivers were not there, but I have tried to download drivers and it still does not work.

you said you want to reflash the original bios onto the card?

Since you have integrated graphics on the cpu start into windows with those (also with the gpu installed) and flash the card's original bios. (There are lots of resources online)

as for the audio drivers search up your motherboard name head to its website and download the drivers.
