USB devices randomly disconnect

Hello, i would like to request some help, i recently upgraded to an RTX 3060 and ever since my USB ports (all of them ive tried the on board motherboard ones as well as the ones on the front panel) have started to randomly disconnect for from anywhere from 1secfond to multiple minutes.
i am currently running:

AMD Ryzen 5 2600x - CPU

RTX 3060 - Graphics Card

Asus Prime B450 - Motherboard

Corsair RM750 - PSU

 

ive tried turning off the 'Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power' option in all of the USB ports properties with no avail. I have also tried turning off the 'USB selective suspend setting' in the Power options.

any advice would be very helpful! thank you!
