CPU at 100c

So I ran Intels XTU Benchmark 2.0 today and my CPU thermal throttled at 100c. I have iCUE H150i RGB PRO XT Liquid CPU Cooler with fans pulling in to the radiator from the front. I am assuming these temps are not good correct? If so should I try to re-apply my thermal paste and reseat the AIO pump?

What CPU? I'd expect, and know that a 12900k can throttle at 100C on a 360mm aio.

Details matter.

I'm not actually trying to be as grumpy as it seems.

Running an OC or anything? Check if the motherboard is too, ASUS boards and some others like to enable "MCE" oftentimes which runs far too high a voltage (making the chip run far hotter). AIO pump could also have failed, it's... as far as AIO failures go, the most common one, and usually makes itself known by the CPU slamming into thermal throttling once put under load.
