Steam no response

Hey guys, I have a problem with the steam launcher. My steam launcher has every minute to seconds no response for a few seconds depending on how demanding the game is. Also the game has no response in the same time. I reinstalled steam several times and even wiped my whole pc and everything and no other game or program has this issue. Can anyone here help me or do you have the same problem.

 

My System:

Windows 10 21H2

Ryzen 7 3700x

Asus Strix Rtx 3080 

Asus Crosshair vii hero wifi

WD Black 1tb nvme drive

Gskill Trident z 32gb 2133 mhz
