Pick whichever you value more, cheaper or better looking. For that much difference and given the choices, I'd go with whichever is cheaper, not much difference other than brand and looks, brand matters quite a bit if your country is not a major market. 

For service and RMA, go with a more renown and established brand.

light render and gaming ..

im mostly plying old rpg from 2011

but  planning to play heavy triple A with it

in a price to performance matter ,

They are the same card, for lower powered cards, models aren't that different, just looks and such.

well, for lots of power use the AsRock RX6600XT Challenger OC

it has slight better performance and looks.
