Hey all,

This has been an issue that's been happening for quite some time so I'm not sure on when it's started but regardless, randomly while gaming my system will seem to stop completely (sound will cutoff, displays will show the no video connection message, mouse, keyboard and fan RGBs will still work and the fans will keep spinning), my system will not be hot when this happens but instead will be warm at worst

Specs:

  • i9-9900 3.10GHz CPU (Not Overclocked)
  • AMD MSI 5700XT GPU
  • 48 GB of DDR4 RAM
  • 600W PSU (I'm not sure on the brand)
  • Windows 10 Pro OS

I've tried to update all my drivers and such but nothing seems to solve it 100%, when I'm using my system I typically have 2 tabs open in Opera, Wallpaper Engine in the background and Discord in the background, this issue never happens unless I open a game, it's never happened even when I've got 20+ tabs open in Opera

Thank you for your time.

EDIT - My system doesn't create a dump file when this issue occurs but the picture attached shows my reliability history when the issue occurs

You may be able to check event viewer to see if it has any errors or warning messages. If windows created a crash dump there are people on here that can check it out for you (If there is one)

Whoops forgot to include in the original post but my system hasn't made a dump even with the option enabled to do so
