razer ouroboros input?

hello all, im looking into buying a new mouse, my deathadder is dying out =(

been researching the razer ouroboros and so far liking what ive seen/read.

but wanted to get fellow LTT members input.

what do you all think about this mouse? any other wireless mouse recommendations? pros and cons?

*btw i may get the mouse for $120 brand new.

just make sure you get the one with the straight laser sensor not the 4G dual sensor

other great wireless options are the G700s and G602

I'm loving my G700s here, it's a lot cheaper than the ouroboros just by a touch as well...

A: If you didn't click a sketchy email, haven't left your computer physically open to attack, haven't downloaded anything sketchy/free, know that your software hasn't been exploited in a new hack, then the answer is: probably not.

A: Lubuntu for things with little processing power, Ubuntu for normal PCs, and if you need to do anything else then it's best if you do the research yourself.

 

Q: Why is my Linux giving me x y z error?

A: Have you not googled it? Are you sure StackOverflow doesn't have an answer? Does the error tell you what's wrong? If the answer is no to all of those, message me.

Ouroboros is an expensive, wireless gaming mouse with a bad sensor made by Razer. (none of that is good) That's what I think about it. The only wireless gaming mouse I can recommend is the Logitech G602.

There were two versions the standard 8200 dpi laser one is no worse than any other.

As can easily recommend the G700 and G700s as well. The new Naga Epic Chroma from Razer is pretty nice but has a short battery life for me and the fact that it doesn't have a user replaceable standardized battery is rather annoying.
