Windows Shift S not working

Why is my Windows Shift S not working? I use this snip function really really often and after a snip today i wasnt able to use this anymore?? why wont it open

When it happens to some agents at my work, most of the time i restart the Windows Explorer in the Task Manager and it does the job.

Sorry, I couldn't find a reason for this problem at work, only a few specific computers have it, and I just gave up on it, I just restart the Explorer every time it happens, which is 1-2 times a week. I wish I could help more but that's all I have for now.
