I have an Antec three hundred two and I have a question about the case Fan (well 3 pin fans in general I suppose) is there any way to remove and replace the 2 speed switch switch and change it with a switch with more rpm control

Its not really worth it. You can bypass the switch by setting it to full and letting another fan control do the job. Any fan controller can adjust rpm with 2pins. 3rd pin is for rpm monitoring if you plug fan into mobo.

At that point it would probably be more worth it for you to invest in a fan speed controller cause they can have more granular control to set specific voltage to control the speed of your 3 pin fans unlike a set switch which has them usually at 5V, 7V or 12V.
