data transfer from ps4 to pc

is it possible to transfer data  from ps4 to pc as I have a lot of storymode games on it or is there a way to transfer my acc online so I can download on pc ed. god of war call of duty wwii? tysm in advance

No savegame transfers between those platforms is not possible.

Only on rare occasions that a game supports cross saves as how the PC versions handle save data is completely different to a console.
