The NEX750B isn't very a good PSU anyways, so regarding if it is multi-rail or single rail, I wouldn't recommend it. Go for the Supernova 750G2 or even the NEX750G (depending on the price). ATM, there are still some NEX750G being sold, but they are in the same price range as the G2 which the G2 is a far superior unit.

For most people, single vs. multi-rail is a non-issue for a modern day unit. Multi-rail does adds an extra layer of protection, while a single rail can be seen as convenient in certain application where one may exceed the OCP limits of a multi-rail unit (such as a multi-GPU benching rig with high overclock/volts).

Anyways, to give you any input what unit you should get, we need to know your budget and where are you able to buy from. As well as your system specs and what kind of upgrades you planning on doing (SLI?)

Where are you able buy from? Due to different regions (US, Canada, Australia, etc), availability of certain items as well as cost of them may differ between them. So what I can get for $1300 USD may differ from what you can get for $1300 AUD.

Since you are getting a K version of the i5, you should get a different motherboard than the H77 like the MSI Z87-G45 on top of my mind.

Some PSU recommendation for your system may be the Cooler Master V550S, Seasonic G 550, XFX XTR 550w, Rosewill Capstone 550-M, etc.
