Print spooler error 1053

I am trying to get my printer (HP Deskjet 3050) to work on my gaming rig, my rig is windows 8.

 

I can use the scanner on the printer but I cannot print and everything works fine on my windows 7 laptop.

 

When I try to print I get this error

I looked what the problem is for that and it seems Print Spooler is not running.

I have tried to start Print Spooler but when I do I get this

I have tried to fix this for 3 hours now and nothing I do is working.

 Did you stop print spooler in system config by any chance?

Yes, I do see it in system config. Status = Stopped

 Enable, restart and see if the error continues .
