Green Screen While Gaming/Streaming

I have the rig that's in my signature. I've started noticing that any time I'm gaming by itself or when I'm gaming and streaming everything will look perfect, all of my temps are fantastic I won't have any stuttering tearing etc. but then my screen goes completely green without any text and my system completely freezes and I have to hard shutdown it with the power button and then power back up and it's perfectly fine.

 

I've never had this issue before, I had upgraded to Win11 but for whatever reason I lost a lot of FPS so I decided to switch back to Win10. I updated all of the drivers for everything reinstalled all of my game launchers and games and all of the common apps/programs along with SLOBS. 

 

Again after doing this I was able to game and stream without any issues, but then all of a sudden I started getting these random green screens just out of nowhere. It doesn't happen while watching videos or movies or doing anything else I can think of.

 

I keep Windows and all of the drivers updated regularly and I do use DDU whenever I update the GPU drivers so I don't think that's an issue but I'm completely open-minded on trying to get this issue resolved.

 

Oh and this also happens with and without having an OC on the GPU or CPU with everything being stock. My CPU temps never see above 48c and the GPU rarely gets above 42c even after hours of playing.

 

I would appreciate any help I can get on this matter, because I just recently started streaming and I don't want to have to start cancelling or having to start and stop my stream for these type of technical problems cause I'm certain I'll lose viewers if it keeps happening. Any suggestions would be great, thanks.
