I have a Nvidia 3070
A AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6-core processor
And 16 gigs of ram

My issue stems from micro stuttering that started in cyberpunk. I've been at this for about a week and I thought it was caused by mods but it's starting to persist even outside the game now.

It stops when I reset my pc but starts back up a bit later  I've tried so many things and none have helped I tried changing priority for cyberpunk to high, managing in process lasso and even overclocking.

It's gotta be something I'm missing that maybe you guys could help with. Please help

There probably needs to be a specific pinned thing on this.  It’s probably the most common troubleshooting problem.  The thing about microstutters is they can be caused by lots of different things many of which are not obvious and often the only thing to do is try one after the other till something magically hits.  It takes forever.  The first one to look at is thermal throttling of either cpu or gpu.  What are the temps like when it is happening?  Are the fan ports for the card impinged in literally any way?

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

Life is like a bowl of chocolates: there are all these little crinkly paper cups everywhere.
