PSU Suggestion

Hello, I was wondering if someone could make a suggestion about whether I should upgrade my PSU or not. I am using the following:

ASUS Z390-A Motherboard

Intel i9-9900K 

G.Skill 32GB RAM

x2 1 TB WD Blue M.2

x8 NZXT RGB Fans

280mm NZXT AIO

ASUS ROG 1080

Thermaltake 750W 80+ Gold PSU

I am wanting to  upgrade my graphics card to either an 3070 Ti or a 3080. I was thinking about getting a 1000W PSU but wasn't sure if that was too overkill.

i would try the current psu with the new gpu, if it's not enough, upgrade it.
