I recently got a new case and graphics card (upgraded to an MSI Suprim RTX 3080 from a Zotac 2080 Super) and I'm getting low FPS (60-80 range at 1080p) on pretty much every game I've tried (CSGO, Forza Horizon 5, etc) wondering if anyone had any suggestions. I've already adjusted NVIDIA Control panel settings and tried running the games on lower settings and neither affected the FPS. I have GeForce drivers 516.94 installed. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I ran the BMW blender render and got an expected time for the GC

Did you run DDU? This would be the first thing to try if having troubles after changing gpu.

Download most recent gpu drivers and ddu. Disconnect internet / ethernet. boot up in safe mode, run ddu as admin and remove all gpu drivers. Reboot into regular Windows and install the drivers.

After installing connect internet again.
