Damaged? pcie4.0 riser cable out of the box

I received my Dan A4 H2O and the riser cable looks like this (attached), I don't have all the parts to build and test yet. Will this create any problem, should I return/replace it?

seems okay to me, doesn't appear to be any exposed wire. it's really up to you, it would be fair imo to expect everything to be in brand new shape(assuming you bought it new). if you bought it used, i would just use it as-is, just double check that there isn't any exposed wire

Yes, it is brand new and there are no exposed wires.
