A pretty weird bug

Hello,

Yesterday I got a Pen Display(Huion Kamvas 16,2019) and downloaded the latest drivers for it, i played with it for a lil bit, but after restarting my PC my mouse pointer vanished and I could not use my mouse.

I have tried everything to get it back, but to no avail. I checked Device Manager and it showed that it was connected and my mouses` lights were working too.After the disappointment, I rolled back my PC to 3 days earlier and my mouse was working. I suspected that the drivers might be at fault, so I downloaded Open Tablet Drivers and started setting up the pen pressure, but to set it up I had to restart my PC. After the restart the same issue appeared.So, What the fuck am I supposed to do? Any solutions or I am pretty unlucky?
