I was looking in my pc motherboard when i found a area that said "Mini led" and another cable was already connected it looks like this : image.png.9ccb73b3e17b2f7d799cc72ab5b54fb9.png and what is it for? This sounds stupid so please don't criticize me but is it for like led lights strips or smth? And if it is would it be fine to take out the plug connected to it and use led lights?

Would this  money be better deployed into CPU and GPU upgrades, as per your long thread with @Fasauceome?

You're struggling to purchase a decent GPU and if you were able to consolidate funds into one, you'd have a much better PC experience than some lights.

Granted, it's your money and you spend it how you want, but you've asked for suggestions so here is mine 🙂

Looks like a proprietary connector for front panel LED (like HDD indicator or power etc.)...
So I'm gonna guess no, you can't use it for (A)RGB lights.

this is an old hp board, this connector is most likely for some case led, it will not work with any rgb strips etc
