possible overclock

I have a hp 0515B5VQ laptop with an AMD Ryzen 5 2500U with Radeon Vega Mobile Gfx I only play old school runescape on my laptop and anytime the scenery gets even slightly busy it bogs to less than 10fps. beings its not a very demanding game and this isn't the worse laptop are there any possible solutions without going out and buying a new laptop, especially beings I only play one game on it.
