Stuck on preparing automatic repairs

Hey I recently reassembled a PC which I took apart for transport. After which i got a cpu error which i fixed simply by reinstalling it, then i got a DRAM error which i fixed by changing the ram slot and then got a BOOT error and replaced the sata cable, but when I boot the PC now it gets stuck on the boot screen and then i restarted the pc and it is now stuck on the preparing automatic repairs screen. I also tried booting into a installation drive and it does the same.

Please help ASAP.
