Hi, so I just bought a set of logitech z333 speakers off of amazon warehouse and when I plug them into my laptop, tablet, and phone they dont work on any. when I plug them in to power I get a slight high pitched ringing (which I am fine with) so I know they are receiving power. When I check device manager on the laptop they show up as "Jack Mic (Realtek(R) Audio)" image.png.8f4f59e5a9a91070231206410391fb9e.png. Windows says it has the right drivers and I have just updated before writing, but due to windows notoriously bad drivers, do I need to get something from logitech or is it another issue. Could it be that amazon warehouse has just sent out a faulty product? I only have one audio jack on my laptop and it has worked for headphones before. Ideally (If they work) they will be going in my new pc build which the final parts for are being delivered tomorrow so help would be greatly appreciated.image.png.f8d98691e63bb2747acec3bf3491ae40.png

Okay so an update, I was an idiot and didnt notice an on switch on the controller, after that it worked on tablet and phone but didnt work on the laptop, I had a monitor connected to my laptop and when I plugged the speakers into its jack and set speaker to that monitors it worked just fine, BUT when I unplugged the monitor and put it back into the laptop it still didnt work so idk about the laptop. Anyway it will probably work on my new build, thanks for the help although it was human error
