I had all my computer parts stored on a shelf in a cupboard. The shelf broke and all the computer parts fell down onto another shelf 3 inches down. The graphics card was in the original box and packaging. The motherboard  only had the original cardboard box as protection. Should I be worried that all these computer parts are broken and need to be replaced?

Worried? Sure, of course. Doesn't really change anything though, you need to actually verify if anything is broken. Not really much else to be said at this point.

Ryzen 7 7800x3D -  Asus RTX4090 TUF OC- Asrock X670E Taichi - 32GB DDR5-6000CL30 - SuperFlower 1000W - Fractal Torrent - Assassin IV - 42" LG C2 - Windows 11 Pro

You should be very worried, what caused your shelf to break?

Was it overloaded, poorly constructed, made from poor quality material?

Damage to the other stuff is fairly immaterial as at the worst it can be replaced, but a shelving unit needs to be repaired immediately to prevent other shelves from collapsing or even worse the entire shelving unit collapsing and causing real damage to your living quarters.
