Stop Moving When I Click Macro?

I cant figure out how to have a hotkey / macro that would hold WASD ( at the same time to prevent movement ) when I press left click. any ideas?

Valorant lol i wouldn't actually be using this in game but i definitely have some iron 1 friends who need help
