I've done everything I personally feel comfortable doing. Reset my pc to factory setting. Hard deleted all of my drivers and updated them with the latest versions. Watched all of my temps... my GPU runs at 50-58C during gaming, and my CPU runs at about the same. I don't see my frames dropping at all. I run all my games at 1080p with all low settings BC I only play comp titles such as, Apex, And RB6 SIEGE. I'm completely lost at figuring out what to do.

PC Specs:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X 8-Core Processor

GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060

Cooling: 4 RGB Fans "3 in front, 1 in back"

AIO: 240mm AIO cooler FROM XPG

ASUS Strix B550f motherboard

Windows 11 pro

If any more info is required I will provide. This is my first time ever coming to a forum asking for help, So I'm unsure as to everything needed. This just recently started happing about a week ago. Its driving me nuts bc its so noticeable on my 240 Hz monitor. Please help guys, I'm stumped.

This PC was built by someone else, When I first got it everything ran just fine, no stuttering.
