Adobe Premier Pro Zoomed up?

I'm ygun ADP, and all my 1080p clips are zoomed up alot, so I googled around a bit, and it's apperently due to my source clip being 480p. How do I change the source clip? Or how do I make the source clip scale to 1080p? Because I only ripped the audio from the source clip.
