What is the issue of expired license. If my license expires can I reinstall the system and is it compatible with microsoft and the license? (I know that you can extend the validity through cmd). It is not a problem for me to reinstall just whether it is in accordance with the terms and conditions.

What license do you mean exactly? Do you mean the windows license itself? That's usually a lifetime license and shouldn't expire and won't be extended with a reinstall of windows. If you re-activate it in CMD, it shouldn't be against any terms. Even if it did, who cares? Noone's gonna find out unless you message Microsoft directly and tell them that you extended your license via CMD

It just comes apart that I have no way to make a license for LTSC. I would love to pay for that license, but I don't have that option. In a big sense, it is a pirated version so I don't want to install it. That's why I wanted to ask if it is possible to reinstall the system to the point where after the installation (key?) changes, and whether it is possible to use it or stay in the Home version.

You are not making much of sense still. You have currently pirated Home edition? Thats probably why you need to constantly reactivate it. Best would be just pay for actual license.

LTSC is option for Enterprise licenses. It just means that every feature update has 10 years of support. Plus extra security updates if required. You would need to own Enterprise account to get valid license. All other ways are piracy, and we don't tolerate such here.

I have original windows 10 home with box. i wanted to install ltsc because regular 10 so much bloatware. I know i can remove it all, but when I had ltsc installed earlier for testing it worked better and I wanted to try it again

You need Enterprise license and to apply for it. It won't work (other than 90 days trial) otherwise.
