need help fixing bootdrive problem shortest way possible

the PC i am currently is 3 years old now but there is a problem that is long overdue now please help

here we go

I have two HDD's in my pc one is a WD 320GB (from my old pc) and a Seagate 500GB(which was bought with the PC)

the WD had been used for nearly 18 months in my old pc. so when i turned my new PC on with both the HDD's a trail version of VIsta was on the WD HDD which I formatted and made partitions in my new Seagate HDD and installed windows on it

now my PC does not boot without the old HDD as it has the boot config/manager.the HDD's are running good now but if there is a problem with the old HDD my PC won't boot.So how do I solve this and of course it means that the boot config/manager has to be installed on the seagate HDD.

what is the best way to do this and I hope without losing my windows installation or programs which are installed in other partitions

Please reply and I am attaching a screenshot of my stupid amount of partitions too
