GPU recommendations please...

I have a client that has purchased an LG 48" C1 TV to use as a monitor for basically working with AutoCAD drawings.  He's asking that I help him research a new graphics card for him.  He doesn't want any motion latency and so does it need to have HDMI 2.1, or other specs?  And how would I know if it's compatible with his workstation or not.  He has a Dell Precision Tower 7810 that currently has the NVIDIA Quadro K620 installed.  The TV will be his 3rd monitor along with 2 other 24" Dell monitors.  I've look at his system configuration on Dell's website but couldn't tell which mob it had.  Any help or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks
