So lately my current internet plan has been really bad. So bad I can't connect to any game servers at all.

 

This is out current plan:

Someone told Luke and Linus at CES 2017 to "Unban the legend known as Jerakl" and that's about all I've got going for me. (It didn't work)

You should probably just call their support and get it fixed rather than switching plans.

Even if I did that the service is abysmal. I hate Telus. A lot.

i would try and find a non capped plan if i were you 

also if you have a bad router it can limit you alot more than your actual plan, i know minse does but my dad wont replace it

From what I know Telus and Shaw don't care too much about caps. We have a bad router all right. It's the stock one Telus gives you.
