gaming pc laggy
I'd recommend purchasing a Solid State Drive (or "SSD") to put his operating system on for a start. You can get a 256 GB Sata SSD for less than $30, so it's a very cheap and easy upgrade. It's one that people don't realize how much of a difference an SSD makes compared to an old spinning disk like the one in question.
You'll likely need to wipe the original HDD and completely reinstall windows (just make sure you get the Windows Key off your PC first, and all his files backed up obviously!) so that you'll have a fresh start. Though I think technically you could install Windows without wiping the original HDD, I just made sure when I did it to unplug the power cable connecting the Hard Drive so that when I installed windows onto my new SSD there wouldn't be any boot issues. All I did from there is just change the boot order, and then delete windows off the old drive. There's plenty of more in-depth tutorials elsewhere if that's something you're interested in doing.
If you get the SSD, your nephew will notice much quicker loading times, game assets will load quicker, even just using Windows as a whole will be SO much more enjoyable as it'll be snappier to boot up and open applications and such.
Other than that, only thing that could maybe be upgraded is his graphics card, although it should be "good enough" for Warzone (assuming he doesn't have his graphics quality in game cranked to the maximum).
