Need to reset bios again and again due to no display issue

Hi on my asus B450 i have to reset bios again and again am not even overclocking 

16GB corsair ram

RYZEN 1400

CORSAIR 800 PSU

AMD 6600XT GPU

What is actually the problem though?
No POST? no Boot? No video signal ?
