Memory Upgrade Advice

Solved by Eigenvektor,
Consumer boards pretty much universally only have dual channel support (this one is no exception), even if they have four slots. You simply get two DIMMs per channel with four sticks.
4 sticks is harder for the CPU's memory controller to run, so you might not be able to run the sticks at the same speed as you could with 2x16. If you have 4 single rank sticks, the (small) advantage might be that you get dual rank (not the same as dual channel), which lowers latency. You would get the same advantage with 2x16 dual rank sticks, though most are single rank by now.
