Hello, I am new to PC Building currently building my first PC. I dont know how I should place these fans and AIO cooler to get the best airflow. My current case is a Macube 110 Micro ATX Case, I am using DEEPCOOL FC120 ARGB Fans 3 Pack, and an ID-COOLING ZOOMFLOW 240X Snow CPU Water Cooler.

What cpu are you cooling with that AIO?  Choices are top and front.  Top has great flow but the front doesn’t.  The thing is though that frequently AIOs are massive overkill so you might be able to get away with putting it in the front anyway. If you are putting it in the front it’s 1 exhaust in the back (there might already be a fan there so you can probably leave it if you want) to intake in the top (there is a magnetic dust filter) and exhaust in the front.  Radiators reduce airflow a lot, so it would be pretty close to 2 and 2.  Might be slightly negative but that can be ok.  Maybe a bit of electric tape on any particularly egregious corner holes and maybe go around the edges of the case back with it. If you are running a really hot cpu the AIO is going to have to go in the top as intake.  Still exaust for the rear fan and both front fans.  Maybe more negative pressure.  Hard to say.

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

Life is like a bowl of chocolates: there are all these little crinkly paper cups everywhere.

Intake in the front, aio on top exhausting out the top.

The problem is that is less than two in (not sure how much less) and 3 out, so heavy negative pressure.  Heavy anything pressure is generally bad.  plus the top has a dust filter that is easy to clean, and it’s not clear if the front has one at all.  It’s a much more standard layout though.  Often if there is a dust filter in the front it’s a massive pain to get at.  If the front is exhaust you just remove it and stop worrying about it.

A not hot chip.  You can go for the front mount. A two fan radiator on a 65w chip. There are 2 fan radiators that run over 300w
