Hello

I have recently purchased parts to build my own PC. After a couple of weeks, the D.O.C.P started to crash my PC. Now everytime I disable and enable it, I get a F9 error on my motherboard and enters safe boot mode. I have an ASUS ROG Crosshair VIII HERO WI-FI, AMD RYZEN 9 5900x and 64GBs of Corsair Vengeance PRO RGB 3600MHz, CL18.

P.S: I have reinstalled the BIOS a couple of times already, didn't help.

DOCP is an overclock and all overclocks are dependent on a good power supply / source as well as the general silicon lottery. Changing this setting at all results in an error?

I have an 1000W 80+ Gold certified Corsair PSU. Furthermore, I ran DOCP since the build was done, I have never had an issue, but yesterday I simply shut down my PC and when I booted it up, it reset the DOCP to AUTO and now if I set it back it crashes

Perhaps if you can resort to an old bios version where you know this was stable, it will eliminate the this.

That is the strange part, I have always ran this version of BIOS, the newer one without any problems since I build my PC 2-3 weeks ago. I will try to get an older BIOS but I dont really know what causes this issue

I noticed that the RAM voltage is .002 higher than the OC sets. Might this cause the system to self boot into safe mode since voltage is higher than max?

I changed BIOS and it worked. Thank you.

Great! Be on the look out for bios revision from the manufacturer that mention changes to your specific concern.

Hey, again, it worked till today, now again an F9 error and constant reboots if I try to overclock. I kinda just gave up, it started to make no sense to why it would behave this way. Any ideas?
