I have a Redragon Perdition M901 gaming mouse. It has 12 programmable buttons on the side and comes with software to

program them and other stuff.

For the longest time, i had it programmed the way I like it and didn't touch it. I've recently tried to create

another profile and wasn't able to. (with the software, you can create 5 different profiles that change what the buttons do, colors, etc)

It won't even let me reassign the buttons on the same profile. The software shows that the button has been reassigned, but it's not when using the mouse. The mouse seems to be stuck on one profile/button assignment.

Here's what I've tried:

1. delete the software from control panel

2. delete the drivers from device manager

3. search file explorer for all instances of "redragon" and delete everything.

4. then restart computer

I plug the mouse back in once the computer comes back up and the same old button configuration is on the mouse still.

I downloaded the software again, and I'm still not able to reassign buttons.

What else do I need to delete to get rid of this button profile and be able to change it?
