windows 11 Windows 11 troubles... I think

Hello everybody so this morning I start up my pc and run into the issue you can see in the video. there is also a click in my heaphones when ever it happens but only when their is no other audio source. all drivers are up to date as well as my BIOS. Any help would be appreciated.

Seems like some notification pops up for a fraction of a second. (it's too fast, can't see what it is)... Sec, got an idea...

 

Installed OpenShot, ran your video at slow speed, and it seems like your PC is detecting a USB device for a split second... See screenshot below.

 

Not sure what causes this though. But maybe it'll help others to troubleshoot this and find the solution.
