it's locked up again

Recent build. 

B550m Tomahawk R5 5600 XPG D50 Spectrix ddr4 (16gb) Inno 3060. WD Blue 1Tb nvme.

The system will not wake from sleep and will randomly lock up (Fans go Burrrrrr) red CPU light on Mobo near 24pin connector.

Have re seated cpu and checked power connectors, Event viewer show the below critical when the system locks up.

HELP ME!!
